THE 3 A's OF MARKETING!

While this lesson was truly meant for each of us as individuals, it occurred to us that it really applies on three very different levels equally.

* PRO-ACTIVE * RE-ACTIVE * IN-ACTIVE *

We all fall in one of these catogories, and we can do just that in 3 very different ways. We as in a company, We as a team, or We as an individual. That being said lets cover just how the 3 A's will enhance your business or create just the opposite effect. Understanding this principal will create success in any endeavor.

PROACTIVE:

The Ability and insight to view a vision of the future based on previous experience, general knowledge of human character, or the very rare insight to foresee the possibility of a potenial issue and create a solution Before it occurs. This is the absolute epitome of "Greatness" in company, team, and individual. It is the "Stretching" of our comfort circles in whatever that is for each of us!

That is the essence of conquering our greatest fears which exsist out side the comfort circle for each of us, it may be very different things. For me, it was picking up the phone and calling. My wife, bless her heart hounded me for months to do just that, and I avoided it like a plague. You must understand "Fear" before it can be conquered.

Today the phone is most likely my strongest skill. We each have the abilty to Turn our weaknesses into our strengths, given simply a choice to move our comfort circle wider and wider. Want to be one of those marketers that always seem to be on the top? Learn to be Proactive, the "Greatest" skill we can ever achieve.

REACTIVE:

REACTIVE is the posture most Marketing Teams and Companies generally fall into. In some ways even when we are generally Proactive, we still are Reactive to certain events.Reactive is an event we didn't foresee and simply respond to. We do this emotionally, physically, and sometimes it has a direct impact on our business.

When we get caught putting out small fires or explaining or justifying situations we Accomplish several things. We Become unfocused on our vision, we become focused on negatives & individuals. We Lose our focus.We Lose sight of what should be our True Focus..."BUILDING Our BUSINESS"!

The "GREATEST" Builder's we have known have always had one trait. They saw an issue and sought a solution ...a "Take the Bull by the Horns" attitude. The number one result of being Reactive is YOUR business IS being built or NOT built by an individual effort, and not a "True" team effort. Build a team, you build a family, relationships, stability, growth, consistency. Care about your team member's success, rejoice in their success's and you WILL achieve Success.

INACTIVE:

Not "DOING" Anything About ...ANYTHING!

INACTIVE Is that state where none of us want to reside. The weather is gloomy all the time it is cold with no warm days. This is when our members head for better climates. All the while we blame this on "We shouldn't have recruited them, they weren't willing workers"... Or what ever excuse we want to use. Excuses are just another escape mechanism when one doesn't want to do something!

Sponsor AND Recruiter are vastly different concepts. Want to see Amazing growth? BE an amazing Sponsor! (True Sponsor's will date you, call back, come back & eventually marry their members). Want to Learn what Inactive really Means? Be a Recruiter, (one night stand). The drop out WILL be amazing no matter what a life changing product you have!

Sadly what we find in many cases is that individuals in this last "A", havent even taken the time to Learn their business. They DON'T Go to calls, bring guest's or even take the time to learn to navigate their own site. "Discouragement" IS their Message.

AVOID INACTIVE! Communicate with your team. Share testimonials, Share what has been working for you and other members. Make Time for team calls, newsletters or ideas. Above all, Share whatever product you have! The more you share the more you receive. The more you putforth a "TEAM" Concept ...the "Greater" your team will Grow, Duplicate, and Create Momentum!
